    Construction projects involve hundreds of decisions, moving parts, and opportunities for details to slip through the cracks. Through regular site visits, coordination with contractors and trades, and timely responses to questions that arise in the field, we help ensure the design is understood and executed as intended.

    Along the way, you'll gain creative solutions you may never have discovered on your own, clear guidance through complex decisions, and an experienced advocate helping protect the design vision from concept through completion.

    Investment: Design fees typically begin at $25,000 and are tailored to the scope, size, and complexity of each project.

  • A thoughtfully furnished home, with as much or as little hands-on involvement as you'd like.

    For clients who want expert guidance selecting furniture, lighting, artwork, rugs, window treatments, and décor, whether for a single room or an entire home.

    Our Furniture & Decor Design service includes a complete furnishings plan tailored to the way you live, presented through to-scale floor plans, curated design concepts, and detailed product specifications. The result is a home that feels intentional, personal, and fully considered, without the overwhelm of figuring it all out on your own.

    For clients who prefer a more turnkey experience, Procurement & Styling is available as a separate service. We manage purchasing, order tracking, delivery coordination, installation, and final styling, transforming the design plan into a finished home.

    Whether you choose design only or continue through procurement and installation, our goal is the same: to create a home that feels authentic, functional, and uniquely yours.

    Investment: Furniture & Décor Design begins at $5,500. Procurement & Styling services are customized based on project scope.

4. Build and advocate. We stay beside you through construction, coordinating with your contractor and protecting your budget, timeline, and vision.

5. Styling and reveal. We handle procurement, installation, and the final details, so the finished home is ready to live in.
