Kalise Glenn
Studio Assistant
Associate of the Arts (A.A.) with an Emphasis in Communication, South Mountain Community College
Hometown: Phoenix, AZ
Growing up as the youngest of four daughters, Kalise learned early how to observe, adapt, and carve out her own imaginative world. Fairytales and daydreams sparked a lifelong love for creativity, while also nurturing a deep awareness of others and a natural instinct for support.
Kalise’s professional background in childcare and house management laid the foundation for her role in the design studio today. Through years of managing busy households and supporting children’s growth, she developed exceptional organizational skills, an ability to anticipate needs, and a calm, steady presence behind the scenes. Encouraging creativity through play taught her patience, empathy, and the importance of structure as a framework for imagination to thrive.
As our Studio Assistant, Kalise brings that same thoughtful energy into every aspect of daily studio operations. Though she has been with us for a short time, she has quickly learned the many facets of her role and become a reliable source of support for the entire team. From organizing materials and assisting with project logistics to keeping the studio running smoothly, she helps create the foundation that allows our team to focus on what they do best.
Kalise is always ready to lend a helping hand, eager to learn, and consistently brings positive energy into the office. For her, creativity and connection go hand in hand — and being a dependable support to others isn’t just a skill, it’s her greatest strength.
