Erica is the powerhouse behind the operations and client experience at Mackenzie Collier Interiors. As our Studio Director, she blends sales expertise, operational efficiency, and a people-first approach to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Since joining MCI in 2021, Erica has grown from administrative support to a central leader in our design studio. She’s the first face most clients meet and the steady guide walking them through every stage of our interior design process. With a professional background in both sales and operations, Erica brings a rare ability to streamline systems, solve complex challenges, and elevate the way we work—internally and with our clients.
Erica has led major improvements to our internal processes, restructured our administrative systems, and enhanced our sales workflow to ensure a seamless client experience. She also supports our brand presence by contributing to social media, helping to showcase MCI’s design projects, studio culture, and values to a wider audience.

Outside the studio, Erica is an adventure-seeker and creative at heart. Originally from Michigan, she still craves water views and crisp air—but now you’ll find her hiking Arizona’s desert trails with her dog Kaya, skydiving, or reading beside a creek.
As a passionate photographer, she captures heartfelt stories of people and places through her lens, with a focus on moments that feel honest, raw, and full of soul.
